Investor day events · AGMs · Analyst daysEvery word is a disclosure. Every second is on record.
Investor days, analyst days, capital markets days and AGMs — produced with the discipline your company secretary and investor relations team expect, and none of the theatre they fear.
What is an investor or analyst day?
An investor or analyst day is a company event where management presents strategy and financials to investors and analysts, often livestreamed. Accuracy, timing and disclosure discipline matter more than spectacle: secure rooms and screens, locked slide versions, rehearsed speaker transitions, reliable streaming and audit-ready paperwork.
These are low-volume, high-consequence events. The audience is small and expert, the content is regulated, and a wrong slide on a public stream is not a production error — it is a disclosure problem. Your company secretary and IR team own what is said. We build the controls around them so that what they approved is exactly what the room and the stream see.
The risk is not a dull event. It is the wrong slide in public.
- An unapproved deck goes on screen.Version drift between legal, IR and the speaker. One signed-off master runs from playback; nothing plays from a personal laptop.
- The stream drops during the CFO’s numbers.Remote investors lose the one section they joined for. Streaming is planned with specialist AV partners, with backup paths agreed in advance.
- Material leaks before the announcement.Printed decks in an unlocked room, an open Wi-Fi network, a vendor with a camera. Access and materials are controlled end to end.
- The Q&A runs wild.Mic runners without a queue, questions no one can hear on the stream. A moderated queue and repeat-the-question rule fix both.

What listed companies need from an event partner
- Confidentiality: we work under your NDA, with named crew only
- Secure rooms and screens for pre-reads, rehearsals and green room
- One locked master deck with version control and sign-off
- Rehearsed speaker transitions and timed segments
- Multi-camera capture and streaming through specialist AV partners
- Moderated Q&A with runner mics and a visible queue
- Registration that matches your invite and attendance records
- Audit-ready paperwork: itemised estimate and reconciled invoice
How we keep content under control
The principle is simple: one approved version, one place it plays from, one person who can change it.
| Control | What it means on the day |
|---|---|
| Deck lock | Final approved deck received by a set time; any later change needs written sign-off from your named approver |
| Single playback | All slides and films run from the show machine and a mirrored backup — never a speaker’s laptop |
| Version log | Every file received is named, dated and logged; the log is yours after the event |
| Printed materials | Counted out and back; held in a locked room until the agreed release time |
| Screens and confidence monitors | Show only what is approved; speaker notes on confidence monitors are not visible to the audience or cameras |
| Crew | Named crew list shared in advance; no personal recording on site |
The rehearsal schedule for an investor day
Rehearsals are where an investor day is won. Executives’ diaries are the constraint, so we book them first.
T–2 weeks
Content walk-through with IR: running order, speaker transitions, timings, Q&A rules.
T–1 week
Deck lock. Films and graphics approved. Stream test from the venue with the AV partner.
T–1 day
Technical rehearsal: every slide on the show machine, every mic, every camera angle.
T–1 day, evening
Speaker rehearsal in the room — walk-ons, transitions, clicker, confidence monitor.
Show day, early
Line and stream checks, backup changeover tested, secure room opened to approved staff only.
After
Recording delivered to IR; materials collected; reconciled invoice and file log handed over.
