Corporate event management · Bangalore · Goa · KeralaYour name is on the invite. Ours is on every cue.
Conferences, leadership offsites, dealer meets and launches — produced end to end by one team, so the most visible day of your company’s year goes exactly the way you promised it would.
Everyone remembers the event that went wrong. Nobody remembers who the vendor was.
They remember who was in charge. If you have been handed the offsite, the conference or the annual day, you already know what can go wrong:
- The mic dies in the CEO’s first line. And 600 people watch your team look for the AV guy.
- The coaches are 40 minutes late. Two hundred dealers stand in a Goa hotel driveway in April heat.
- The reveal does not reveal. The LED wall freezes on the product launch slide, on camera.
- The quote doubles.Every “small change” arrives as a new invoice in the week of the event.
Nine formats. One standard.
We only produce events where something real is at stake — a number to announce, a strategy to land, partners to keep, a brand to launch.

Conferences & summits
Tech conferences, industry summits, town halls — 100 to 3,000 delegates, registration to last session.

Your top 15–60 people, out of the office, making decisions. Facilitation rooms, privacy, zero friction.

Annual days & award nights

MICE & incentive trips
Reward trips to Goa and Kerala for the people who hit target. Flights, rooming, experiences, gala.

Exhibitions & activations
Booths at BIEC and KTPO, brand activations and experiential builds that stop people walking past.

AGMs & investor days
Disclosure-grade discipline: rehearsed transitions, secure rooms, streams that do not drop.

One producer. Every vendor answers to them.
You get a single named producer from the first call to the last invoice. Venue, stage, LED, sound, light, travel, rooming, food and talent all report to that person — not to you.
- Itemised estimate up front, reconciled invoice at the end — no surprise line items
- Technical rehearsal and cue-to-cue run before doors open
- Backup power, spare microphones and duplicate playback on every show
- A show caller on headset running every cue, so your team can host
- GST invoicing that your finance team can process without a call
From brief to the standing ovation
Six stages, the same every time. You always know which one we are in and what we need from you.
Brief & ballpark
A 30-minute call with your event owner. You get a format, venue shortlist and an itemised cost range you can take upstairs.
Venue & concept
We check dates, layouts and rooms with venues, run a site recce, and build the creative: theme, stage, content flow.
Production plan
Stage, LED, sound and light specified and drawn. Delegate logistics, rooming lists, transfers and F&B locked to a master timeline.
Rehearsals
Technical rehearsal and a cue-to-cue run with presenters. Backup power, spare mics and playback files ready before doors open.
Show day
One show caller on headset runs every cue. Your team hosts; nobody from your side should have to carry a radio.
Close-out
Reconciled invoice against the estimate, vendor settlement, photos and a short debrief on what to repeat next year.
Bangalore, the drive-to belt, Goa and Kerala.
Four regions we know venue by venue — the ballrooms, the resorts, the load-in doors, the 10 pm rule. We deliberately do not take events anywhere else.
