MICE event management · incentive tripsThe trip they worked all year for. Make it worth it.
Incentive trips and MICE programmes to Goa and Kerala, planned from Bangalore — flights, rooming, experiences and a recognition night your achievers will talk about until next year’s target.
What is MICE, and what is an incentive trip?
MICE stands for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions — business travel and events, from board meetings to dealer reward trips and trade shows. An incentive trip is a reward for top performers such as dealers or sales teams: usually two to four nights at a leisure destination, with curated experiences and a recognition dinner.
A reward trip that goes wrong feels like a punishment.
- Flights split the group.Half the achievers land at noon, half at 9 pm, and the welcome dinner is empty.
- The rooms are not what was promised.Garden view instead of sea view, twin beds for couples.
- The itinerary is a bus tour.Six hours a day on the road, and nobody remembers the trip as a reward.
- The weather wins.An outdoor gala in the monsoon, or Goa at New Year prices.

Every achiever looked after. Every rupee accounted for.
- Destination, resort and itinerary matched to your group and budget
- Group flights, airport meet-and-greet and transfers
- Rooming by tier, with couples and dietary needs handled
- Experiences that feel like a reward — not a sightseeing bus
- A business session if you need one, with full AV
- Recognition gala with stage, emcee and awards
- A duty manager with the group throughout, and a reconciled final bill
What is MICE tourism?
MICE covers the four kinds of business travel and events. Most programmes mix two — a conference with an incentive tail, or a reward trip with a short business session.
| Letter | Stands for | Examples we produce |
|---|---|---|
| M | Meetings | Leadership offsites, board meetings, regional reviews |
| I | Incentives | Reward trips for dealers and sales achievers, recognition dinners |
| C | Conferences | Sales conferences, partner summits, annual conventions |
| E | Exhibitions | Booths at BIEC and KTPO, trade-show presence, product galleries |
Goa or Kerala for an incentive trip?
Goa for beach, nightlife and large-group resort formats. Kerala for backwaters, hills, Ayurveda and quieter, experience-led itineraries.

MICE tour packages: what the published prices say
- Kerala: a mid-market 3-night Munnar + Alleppey corporate package is listed at ₹13,500 per person for at least 20 people, twin-sharing, with all meals and transfers (package PDF, undated).
- Goa: a basic 3-day corporate outing package is listed at ₹19,800 per person, excluding personal expenses and flights, with a 50% advance (TakeMeBuddy).
- Banquets: 5-star menus are listed at about ₹1,000–2,700 per plate in Goa (WedMeGood Goa) and ₹1,100–4,500 in Kochi (WedMeGood Kochi).
- What changes the number most: peak-season room rates, flights, 5-star versus mid-market resorts, production for the gala, and late headcount changes.
Neither package is 5-star; luxury resorts, flights and event production cost substantially more. The build-up we use is in the cost guide.
When to run an incentive trip to Goa or Kerala
- Goa, November–February: the best weather and the busiest, most expensive window (guide). Avoid Christmas and New Year for business programmes.
- Goa, monsoon (roughly June–September): cheaper, green and quiet, but outdoor formats are limited — plan indoor-led.
- Kerala, outside June–September: the southwest monsoon brings heavy rain that limits houseboat and outdoor plans; Kochi conferences still work.
- Book early for peak: for 100+ people in November–February, hold rooms and flights three to six months ahead.
Incentive trip planning for employees and dealers
- Announce the trip with the target. The destination is the motivation; reveal it at the SKO or dealer meet.
- Publish the qualifying rules. Clear, simple and measured on numbers everyone can see.
- Decide on guests early. Spouses change rooming, flights and the tone of the trip.
- Collect documents early. Names exactly as on ID for flights; dietary and medical notes.
- Keep one business hour. A short session with leadership makes the trip feel like recognition, not a holiday.
- Make the gala personal. Every achiever named on stage, photographed and given something to keep.
