Coorg, Chikmagalur or Mysore — which suits a corporate offsite?
Mysore, about 145 km from Bangalore, has the largest hotel spaces (Radisson Blu Plaza Mysore lists ≈500 theatre) and suits 100+ people. Coorg and Chikmagalur, roughly 245–260 km away, suit smaller groups on estates and luxury resorts — Evolve Back Coorg lists a meeting room for about 100. Kabini fits CXO groups of around 30.

Corporate offsite venues: what each place is good for
Coorg
Coffee estates, forest and mist. Best for leadership groups that want to switch off. Evolve Back Coorg lists 63 rooms and a meeting room for about 100 — a premium choice for a senior team. Many Coorg resorts are set up for corporate outings; for a working offsite, ask every resort for meeting-room photos and connectivity in that room.
Chikmagalur
Quieter hills and estate stays. Good for 15–80 people who want walks between sessions. Properties are smaller, so a larger group may need two resorts close together — we plan transport between them.
Mysore
The easiest of the three: about 145 km, a real city, heritage evenings and the largest hotel format in the belt. Radisson Blu Plaza Mysore lists a ≈500-theatre ballroom. The right pick when the group is over 100 or the agenda is conference-heavy.
Kabini
Forest and river, beyond Mysore. Evolve Back Kabini lists 37 rooms and a ≈30-person meeting room — built for CXO-only retreats where privacy matters more than plenary space.
Hampi
Ruins and boulder landscapes; a striking setting for a reflective strategy offsite. Large meeting rooms are scarce and the journey is longer, so it is best for small senior groups on two or three nights.
Sakleshpur
