LED wall rental in BangaloreThe screen is the first thing five hundred people look at.
LED walls for conferences, annual days, launches and award nights in Bangalore, Goa and Kerala — pitched to your front row, sized to your back row and run by the team that runs the show.
How much does it cost to rent an LED wall in Bangalore?
Published 2026 listings for LED wall rental in India range from about ₹80 to over ₹1,000 per sq ft per day, depending on pixel pitch, indoor or outdoor panels, and whether processing, structure, crew and transport are included. A reliable quote states the pitch, the size in panels, the build days and every inclusion.
LED walls rarely fail on the panels. They fail on everything around them.
- The front row sees a grid of dots. The pitch was chosen for price, not for distance. We set the pitch from the closest seat, not from the rental list.
- The slides are unreadable from the back.A wide, short wall cannot show a revenue chart to row 40. We size the height from the farthest viewer and add side screens where the ceiling stops us.
- The camera picks up flicker.Low-refresh panels strobe on camera and on guests’ phones. When the wall will be filmed or streamed, we specify camera-grade refresh rates.
- The content is the wrong shape.A 16:9 deck on a 3:1 wall means black bars or stretched logos. Templates at the wall’s exact resolution go to your agency the week the wall is drawn.

What an LED quote from us includes — line by line
- Panels by pitch and count, with spare panels on site
- Video processor and scaler, with a backup signal path
- Playback from two mirrored machines, so a crash costs seconds, not the keynote
- Ground-stacked or flown structure, with rigging points cleared by the venue
- Power distribution and a load figure the venue engineer signs off
- Build day, show-day operator and de-rig in the venue’s exit slot
- Content templates at the wall’s exact pixel resolution
- Camera-grade refresh where the wall will be filmed, streamed or photographed
Which pixel pitch do you need?
Pixel pitch is the distance in millimetres between the centres of two neighbouring pixels. Smaller pitch means a sharper image up close — and a higher price. Past the right distance, extra density only adds cost (Planar).
| Pixel pitch | Minimum viewing distance (≈1 m per mm) | Comfortable distance (≈10 ft per mm) | Where it usually fits |
|---|---|---|---|
| P1.9–P2.6 | ≈2–2.6 m | ≈19–26 ft (6–8 m) | Boardrooms, studio sets, product reveals with the front row close to the screen |
| P2.9 | ≈3 m | ≈29 ft (≈9 m) | Hotel ballroom conferences with the front row 3–4 m from the stage |
| P3.9 | ≈4 m | ≈39 ft (≈12 m) | Large ballrooms, convention halls and annual days |
| P4.8 and above | ≈5 m+ | ≈48 ft (≈15 m) | Outdoor stages, concerts and side screens seen from far away |
Rules of thumb, not laws: the 1 m per mm minimum is Christie’s; the ×10 ft figure is Planar’s. Content with small text — spreadsheets, code, dense charts — needs a finer pitch or a bigger wall than video and logos do.
How big should the LED wall be? A worked example
Size the wall from the farthest seat. the 4-6-8 rule says the farthest viewer should sit no more than about 6 times the screen height away for general presentations, and 4 times for detailed data. Here is a 700-guest ballroom where the last row is 30 m from the stage.
| Step | Working | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Height for slides | 30 m ÷ 6 | At least 5 m tall |
| Height for detailed data | 30 m ÷ 4 | 7.5 m — rarely possible under a hotel ceiling, so we add repeat screens mid-room |
| Width at 16:9 | 5 m × 16 ÷ 9 ≈ 8.9 m, rounded to 500 mm panels | 9 m wide: 18 × 10 = 180 panels, 45 m² (≈484 sq ft) |
| Weight | 180 panels × 8 kg (indoor P3.91 panel spec sheet) | ≈1,440 kg before frames and truss — the venue must approve the floor or rigging points |
| Power | 45 m² × 800 W/m² maximum; 200–300 W/m² average | Up to ≈36 kW at full white; ≈9–13.5 kW typical |
| Clear height | 5 m wall + 60 cm stage + clearance over presenters’ heads | Roughly 7.5 m clear to the lowest chandelier or duct — measured at the recce, not taken from the brochure |
LED wall rental price per square foot: what the published numbers say
Public price lists disagree by several times, mostly because they include different things. This is what three 2026 listings say, converted to ₹ per sq ft per day where they give sizes.
| Published listing | What it lists (approximate) | Works out to (₹ per sq ft per day) |
|---|---|---|
| RAV LED guide, Mar 2026 | Standard indoor ₹80–150 per sq ft per day; high resolution ₹120–250; outdoor ₹150–300+; Bangalore ₹100–240 per sq ft | ≈₹80–300 |
| Pixelspot rental page | 8 × 5 ft P2.5 indoor ₹15,000–25,000/day; 16 × 10 ft P3 ₹35,000–60,000; includes delivery, set-up and a technician | ≈₹220–625 |
| RAV pricing guide, Feb 2026 | 8 × 4 ft ₹20,000–35,000/day; 20 × 10 ft stage screen ₹1,20,000–2,50,000/day; indoor ₹5,000–8,000 per sq m per day | ≈₹465–1,250 |
Listed rates from rental companies’ own pages, read 30 October 2026; not quotes, and not our prices. Taxes extra. For the 484 sq ft wall above, these listings imply anything from about ₹39,000 to over ₹6 lakh a day — which is why we ask every supplier to price per sq ft with pitch, processor, structure, crew, transport and build days written down.
What drives LED wall rental cost
Ten things move the number. The first three move it most.
- Pixel pitch. Finer pitch means more LEDs per panel and a higher day rate.
- Area. Priced per sq ft or per panel; a 500 × 500 mm panel is about 2.7 sq ft.
- Indoor or outdoor. An indoor rental panel lists about 1,200 nits; an outdoor one lists 5,000+ nits and IP66 weather sealing (indoor P3.91 panel spec sheet, outdoor P4.81 panel spec sheet). Outdoor panels cost more and weigh more.
- Days. Build day, rehearsal day and show day are all hire days. Moving the build to the same morning saves money and costs rehearsal time.
- Structure. Ground stack on the stage is cheaper; flown from truss or hotel rigging points needs engineering sign-off and more crew.
- Processing and playback. A single laptop is cheap. A processor, a media server and a mirrored backup are what keep a keynote on screen.
- Camera-grade refresh. Rental panels commonly list 3,840 Hz (outdoor P4.81 panel spec sheet); ask for it if the wall will be filmed or streamed.
- Power. Large walls may need a dedicated supply or a generator — see the worked example above.
- Travel. For Goa and Kerala, trucking kit and crew from Bangalore competes with local suppliers; we price both.
- Shape and content. Curves, pillars, floor LED and custom motion content all add design and build time.
